Two Kentucky friends. One shared belief: delicious, beautiful food doesn't have to be hard.
Boozy Bourbon Chefs was born from a simple idea that two friends in Kentucky kept coming back to over poured glasses of bourbon: the best food — the kind that makes people lean back, close their eyes, and reach for another bite — does not require a culinary degree, a pantry full of truffle oil, or three days of prep. It requires good ingredients, a little confidence, and the willingness to pour a little bourbon into the pan.
Jeff Crowe and Todd Finley built Boozy Bourbon Chefs around that philosophy. What started as kitchen experiments, shared photos, and cocktail debates has grown into a brand that celebrates the connection between Kentucky's signature spirit and the everyday cooking that brings people together. Every recipe, every cocktail, and every video is built on the same promise: if we can make it, you can make it, and it's going to be delicious.
Co-Founder & Head Chef
Jeff Crowe is the culinary engine of Boozy Bourbon Chefs. A Kentucky chef with years of experience turning simple ingredients into plates that look like they belong in a magazine, Jeff's guiding principle is the phrase the entire brand is built on: delicious, beautiful food doesn't have to be hard. He has spent his career proving it — breaking down intimidating techniques into steps that any home cook can follow, and designing recipes that deliver restaurant-level results without restaurant-level stress.
Jeff's approach to cocktails is just as deliberate. He lives by a simple rule that he calls the "repeatable drinks" philosophy: only share drinks you can make consistently. If a cocktail requires seven specialty ingredients and a torch, it is not a repeatable drink. If it uses bourbon you already have, a few staples from the fridge, and takes under three minutes, that is a drink worth teaching. This is why the BBC cocktail library is built around approachable classics and bourbon-forward variations — drinks that taste incredible the first time and the tenth time.
When Jeff is not developing recipes or filming in the kitchen, he is thinking about the next one. His creativity is rooted in Kentucky's food traditions — bourbon-glazed, smoke-kissed, comfort-driven — but his techniques are shaped by a belief that great cooking is about confidence, not complexity. He wants every person who tries a BBC recipe to finish the dish and think, "I made that, and it was easy."

Co-Founder & Creative Director
Todd Finley brings the creative vision and Kentucky artisan spirit to Boozy Bourbon Chefs. With deep roots in Kentucky's craft and bourbon culture, Todd shapes everything that surrounds the food — the brand's visual identity, its storytelling, its connection to the communities and traditions that make Kentucky cooking what it is. He understands that bourbon is more than a spirit; it is a culture, and that the best food brands do not just share recipes, they share a way of life.
Todd's work is driven by a respect for craftsmanship and authenticity. He believes that the story behind the plate matters as much as the flavor on it, and that every piece of content BBC creates should feel genuine to who Jeff and Todd really are — two friends who love good food and good bourbon, sharing what they know. His creative direction ensures that whether you are watching a thirty-second video or reading a newsletter, you feel like you are sitting at the kitchen counter with them.
Together, Jeff and Todd have built Boozy Bourbon Chefs into a brand that bridges two worlds: the approachable home cooking that Jeff champions and the rich Kentucky bourbon culture that Todd celebrates. The result is a brand that feels warm, real, and distinctly Kentucky — and one that is just getting started, with a cookbook, a growing video library, and a community of home cooks who are discovering that great food and great bourbon belong together.
Todd's Digital CardEvery recipe we share is tested for the home kitchen. If it needs a technique we can't explain in two sentences, we simplify it until we can. Beautiful food should be within everyone's reach.
We only share cocktails you can make consistently — with ingredients you can find and steps you can repeat. If we can't make it perfectly every time, we don't teach it.
Bourbon is our heritage. Kentucky's spirit is in every recipe, every cocktail, and every story we tell. We celebrate the craft, the culture, and the community that made it.
Food and bourbon are best when shared. Everything we create is designed to bring people together — around a plate, around a glass, around a table full of people you love.
